Popup shpwing wrong on Microsoft Edge

    Hi, I have multiple issues:

    1] The popup shows up long and thin on Microsoft Edge (but on Chrome it works fine)
    I played around with the width settings and then realized it doesn’t matter what I do the plugin does not update when I use Edge or Firefox.

    2] I disabled the popup, cloned it and deleted the original as you suggested in other posts, but the popup still shows up on Edge and Firefox! I am not using shortcode and I’ve cleared my browser data.

    Please help!

    Thanks for getting back to us and reporting the problems.

    As for your first issue, can you, please, let us know which editor you used for creating the content of the popup?

    See, if the popup is deleted, there is no way that it’s going to open again.
    Can you, please, make sure to have cleared the trash also?
