Cannot log into WordPress dashboard

I have somehow lost my login info for the wordpress dashboard on my site, and when I go to reset my password, I get an error message saying that I need to enter a valid CAPTCHA value. However, there is no CAPTCHA field on the lost password form! I don’t know how I got myself into this mess! What can I do? Any ideas?
