Image isn’t loading

I believe a possible plugin update or wordpress update has caused a problem. I have deactivated all plugins (except Really Simple SSL as I didn’t want to cause any security issues) and there doesn’t seem to be any conflicts. I have reuploaded the plugin. When I go into the area to edit the image it doesn’t appear that this is working either. I can’t see the image and it won’t let me add any new areas.
