We use shopmaster to bulk import and edit products to Woo. I can always edit the items before bringing them across but since the latest updates today with WP and Woo I do not have the option to bulk edit variations of the product from with woo. The only way round is to reimport each time. I had to rebuild the store and this is going to be very timeconsuming. I´m using storefront for the moment to avoid other conflicts but really need to know if this will get rectified please?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

On my personal site with the latest versions of WordPress and WooCommerce, I’m still able to use the bulk variation edit functionality here:

    variation bulk edit

Were you referring to a different page for bulk editing variations? If so, please send a screenshot of where you were able to edit previously but no longer can. I recommend https://snipboard.io for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

    Hi,

Many thanks for your input and yes, it was that page.

when I imported from Shopmaster say a product with 10 different colors, all variations used to sync across and would list automatically. That is no longer happening. I get a single product with no color varaiations and have to manually create each one. Some of the products have 15-20 varaiations or more. I guess that as it used to work with shopmaster something has changed with the latest update which is preventing it.

Note. Woo used to have a dropdown box to allow color selection – I can’t make that work no. Can I roll back to the previous version?

If I understand correctly, Shopmaster is not working properly anymore with the current version of WooCommerce/WordPress?

If that’s the case, it might be best to reach out to Shopmaster’s own support team, but if you prefer to roll back to a previous version of WooCommerce, then you can use the WP Rollback plugin for that.

Sort of correct. Subsequent to the update of WP/Woo which I was notified about and installed this morning, I cannot currently import multiple variants of products as I did before. I am waiting for a response from SM but it would appear that the changes of Woo/WP instigated the problem not SM. Everything was fine before the updtaes….

    Hi there,

Have you heard back from the Shopmaster team about this yet?

In WordPress 5.5, there was actually a jQuery Migrate library that was removed, and we have seen some cases where different plugins and themes that used it have had issues since updating.

There’s a plugin available to add it back in temporarily until those plugins/themes are updated. You can install the plugin here:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

After installing it, please also clear the cache on your site/server, as well as your browser cache, then check to see if the issue is resolved.

Please let me know how that goes, or if you have any questions!

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved. Hopefully either the ShopMaster support team or that jQuery Migrate plugin did the trick for you!

If you have any further questions, please start a new thread.

    Have a wonderful day!
