Hi @vipsouq,
Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!
As of version 1.11.9, your feed file is generated every 15 minutes, so it is possible that it has not yet been created.
There are also a few criteria that determine if a product should be included:
- Products are not virtual
- Products have a price set
- Products are set to “FB Sync Enabled”
Would you please confirm that your products pass this criteria and try the link again to see if you are still experiencing this issue?
Thanks,
Marcus
Yes everything is right
1. The products are not virtual
2. They have price set perfectly
3. Sync enabled
Your data feed file can’t be empty:
Add products to your data feed file and then upload it again. Uploading an empty file will delete all products in your feed. If you want to do this, please delete the feed that they were uploaded from.
This is the error i got from FB Catalogue
Can you respond to this
Whats exactly to do,?
Hey @vipsouq,
Thanks for following up here. It sounds like your feed file may not be generating properly. This file should be regenerated every 15 minutes within your site and then Facebook reaches out hourly to update your store.
That being said, we’re just about to release version 2.0 of this plugin and it does not rely on the feed file for updates. I might recommend updating to the new version to see if this solves the issue for you. You can download the new version here:
https://downloads.wordpress.org/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce.2.0.0.zip
Would you please give that a try and see if it works for you?
Thanks,
Marcus
Worked!!!
Thanks very much🤗👍👍
Also any idea how to change the thumbnail of Products to view full image
Hey @vipsouq,
Excellent – thank you for confirming this for me!
For the product images, each one will include the WooCommerce default size image unless specified otherwise. You can choose an alternate image for any given product on that product’s edit page.

I’ve going to make this as resolved for now, but if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach back out!
Cheers!
Marcus
