Plugin Not Showing Up on Main Site

    Hi, I have set up the plugin and have successfully sent the test email.
    However, the features of the plugin does not show on the website itself, am I missing anything?

    Hello,

    If you use the free version of WooRewards, there is a widget to show to customers how many points they have on the program. If customers earn coupons, they can see their coupons in their woocommerce account.

    For the free version, that’s all you can show them.

    If you’re using WooRewards Pro, then you’re in the wrong place for support. You can click on the “Support” button on the top right of WooRewards administration to get in touch with our support team.

    Thanks for the reply! I am using the free version of WooRewards, but neither the referral link, widget that shows points, nor coupons show up on the website..

    The widget that shows points should be displayable. Please try to follow this documentation :
    https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com/docs/woorewards/widgets-and-shortcodes/display-points/

    You can also use the shortcode if you prefer.

    Referral links and coupons display are part of the Pro Version, it’s normal that you don’t have them in the free version.
