    Can you please:

    2) Open the browser developer tools (https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools)
    3) Click on the Console tab
    4) Refresh the page

    Hello @softfully

The plugin uses the WordPress REST API. By any chance have you disabled or forbidden access to it?

    Thread Starter S o f t f u l l y

    (@softfully)

Yes, I have Disabled JSON REST API and Removed api.w.org relation link via functions.php
Yesterday I removed JSON REST API from functions.php and tested again but errors still present because maybe I forget to removed cache, so today I will try again at night time.

Also, I am sending a functions.php file to your email attachment and then let me know which line I have to removed to work with this plugin.
NOTE: In functions.php my own codes have started from line 445 till the end…
    Thank you.

Ok, I tested and no errors now but still don’t see the list of “Added Files, Modified Files, and Deleted Files”.

    Hello @softfully

As discussed over email, unfortunately there is not much else we can troubleshoot remotely. So should you be able to reproduce the issue over a staging website please get in touch with us (support@wpwhitesecurity.com) so we can troubleshoot this issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
