  • Hi there,

you’re navigation font size is only 15px. Links and content should be a minimum of 16px or it may be flagged as ‘too small to read’ by google.

However I ran a mobile friendly test and it passed.

What you may be seeing is a False Negative. That is during the test, google fails to load all the necessary resources. This can happen for various reasons but mainly when it is a large page size making many requests. It just doesn’t have the resources available and completes the test without loading necessary CSS or JS files.

As your first post is 2.5mb and is making 255 requests ( 160+ of which are 3rd party ) it is most likely failing the occassional test as google gives up.

30 pages validation failed you can see in pix

Can you please explain me how can i resolve it with easy and simple ways

As i said above the minimum font size you should use is 16px.
But i believe the issue is related to optimization.
I tried testing both the post URLs you provided and now all i see is “Page cannot be reached” – this is either a server issue or a robots.txt is blocking it from searching.

And now I have validated my pages. If validation fails, I will contact you.

    thanks for your quick response

Please guide me how can I solve this error because my these effected pages not show in google result on mobile devices.

I don’t know what else to say.
I explained above that these Alerts are most likely related to the Google not being able to or willing to load all the resources to render your site correctly during its test.

While your site is making 240+ requests, of which the vast majority are advert related, you will continue to exceed googles resource limit and receive these warnings.

This isn’t theme related and there is nothing that we can do to improve the situation.
I recommend you look at minimising your site requests to a more reasonable number.

    Hello @diggeddy , @leohsiang

I did everything you said, but not, But to no avail After all, when I changed the theme, my problem was solved and all the errors disappeared. you can see in below screenshots

    mobile useablity issue.png

Now the problem is that I have installed the generate press theme on my other websites and now these websites are getting the same error.

    Text Too Small To Read
    Clickable Elements Close together

If this is a hosting issue or something else, how does changing the theme solve it?????

I am currently using NewsPaper Theme, you can check https://savefreestuff.com

    Hi there,

The theme itself doesn’t provide text that is too small to read – the font size is up to your settings and is large enough by default.

The issue you’re having is likely due to optimization issues (as David mentioned above). When a website has too many requests, the bots that scan your site for issues like this can give up and output an error even if it’s not correct (a false positive).

If you believe it’s the theme, we’d need more information on the text itself, or the elements that are too close together. Usually, Google provides a selector along with these errors so you can pinpoint the issue and resolve it.
