“Recommended Resources” Plugin?

Hi there,

My site http://www.marcilall.com has a few side widgets.

I would like to have a “recommended resource” section exactly like the “popular posts” widget.

Is there a widget where I can customize which links go into the sidebar?

I’ve tried to just do it via the “links” widget but the color scheme of the links don’t match and the lines between the links are not there as well.

Any help or direction would be appreciated.
