Not receiving emails

    Hi there,

    I’m wondering if there’s an issue with the plugin today. I stopped receiving order confirmation emails since about 3pm.

    I have the Lite version and I did deactivate to see if it works, but still doesn’t.
    I’ve sent several test emails, I never received them.

    Hopefully you can assist.

    Hi @deannabrushnco,

    When you get a chance, could you please share the mailer you’re using, possibly with the screenshots of the WP Mail SMTP settings area? If you’re getting errors when sending test emails, please share the error logs as well.

    This will give us an idea on what might be going on.

    I contacted my hosting provider and after awhile it worked again.
