Autoconfig isn’t working

    I used autoconfig and no improvement to speed was felt. Usually using this plugin shaves 3 seconds off my load time.
    The only sign that something was wrong was that the timeout test failed.
    My website hosts don’t see any issues and memcaching is on.
    Please help?
