code help? pullimage from post?

HI,
So I’m making our production company website’s main page and I’d like to display articles from our wordpress page on the website.
I’ve got that going fine with the loop.

What I can’t do is link to an image from a post and make it the thumb for the post on the webpage. My problem is that I can’t manage to call a custom field that would have the image link, that’s what I want to do.

I installed a plugin that let me set a custom meta data field but I can’t call that in the loop.

Any ideas?
