Hi,
You don’t have memcached backend , so even you enable it , it won’t work , and it just slows thing down by trying to reach memcached and timeout , this timeout , is the cause why you see it slows down.
Please keep it off

Hi,
Object cache consists by 2 parts
1. PHP extension
2. backend daemon process where to store datas
in your case, you have PHP extension installed and enabled , but don’t have that daemon process running , therefore object cache won’t work
