Manual approval won’t load

Hello, I’ve posted the below question a week ago and was advised to contact your support through a link provided. I’ve contacted them 2x but haven’t heard back and my ticket was closed.

Please can you advise how to fix the issue?

I’ve disabled “Automatically approve a new affiliate” and then when I want to manually approve affiliate under affiliate’s overview, after clicking approve and ok it just loads: Updating, please wait … and won’t change.
