Avatar/Gravatar Frustrations /cry

I’ve been trying to change my user avatar for about half an hour now, and i’m just flat out frustrated.

There is no option for it under http://quellman.info/blog/wp-admin/profile.php

I installed WP-Gravatar. There is no option to change a user’s gravatar information under the plug-in settings page. After installing WP-Gravatar, there is still no option on http://quellman.info/blog/wp-admin/profile.php (The user settings/profile page) to change my avatar or my gravatar settings.

I dunno why there isn’t an “upload avatar” or “select avatar” button, it shouldn’t be this hard to find. Can anyone get my poitned int he right direction? Even if I had a gravatar, there is no way to me to tell WordPress where to find it. I wouldn’t even bother with it if I could just turn the avatars off, but alas, my theme puts the author’s avatar prominently int he title bar of each post…I’d rather it do a category icon, but that’s another thread that I’m 90% sure i’ve seen before (if I can find it…)
