    Hi

    Having updated to the latest plugin none of my options will save.

    I am trying to change the social accounts and the logos on the site but neither will save.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    I am so sorry you’re having issues! Some things I need:

    – Version of Redux you have installed
    – Site URL
    – Theme name & version you are using.
    – Exact errors you get

    If you need to downgrade quickly, follow this video and install Redux 3.6.18.

    I usually get a patch in pretty quick. Let me know, thanks!

    Hi

    Its Version 4.1.7
    URL is: http://79.170.40.244/testjjs.co.uk/
    Theme is Escape Version 2.0

    No error messages. Just the little spinning item continually spins when I try to change the theme icon from Escape to my own one.

    Hello,

    same issue here, whenever i updated to redux 4.17 the plugin (the name changed from redux framework to redux lite) i cant save the options.
    I get a jquery error.
    the Theme is 5th Avenue latest version
    running on latest WordPress
    https://azziandosta.com (i backed up redux before the update so it is not running the latest version on the site now, which works fine).

    Thanks for the reply. i dont have the error anymore since i reverted the plugin and the website is online so i cant risk updating again.

    this is the error.
    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘action’ of null
    at Object.success (redux.min.js?ver=4.1.8:1)
    at i (jquery.js:2)
    at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery.js:2)
    at x (jquery.js:4)
    at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery.js:4)

    same theme on another website that automatically updated.

    Hello, @dovyp
    it seems the error is now solved. theme options are saving.
    but the fonts on the site stopped displaying as per the options. IE: the h2 font is Nunito in the options but displaying as Butler on the front end. however the font was correct before i updated.

    This should be fully resolved in the most recent version. Please make sure you delete the version you have installed as we are not increasing versions to reduce frustration.

    Please do let me know if there are any issues that still linger.
