Coupon discount calculation

When I apply second coupon to Subscription product it does not calculate the discount sequentially, suppose there are two coupon

$200Fixed -> Fixed discount (Fixed)
30% discount -> 30% discount(percentages)

When I applied discount it is not calculating discount sequentially, Surprisingly it works well with simple product.

Note:- I have enable the setting from backed to enable discount Calculate coupon discounts sequentially.
