Could you elaborate on what you mean by “conditional checkout fields”?
All fields on the checkout block show up as is, if you need them to display or hide based on some conditions, you might need to customize to do that.

I have checkout field editor for woocommerce plugin. In my website i sell courses and normal products, when user buy just a course shipping address fields have not to appear. But they appear

In that case, you should not need the checkout field editor. 🙂 You just need to go into your course product and check the box that says Virtual:

That will hide all fields related to shipping.
