Failed to load page message

    We’re getting a “Failed to load page” message and it seems to be an error trying to access “wordpress.webaccessibilitytoolbar.com”

    Is that something with WATOOLS? I have a screenshot of the message here:

    That’s not an issue with WP Accessibility; looks like it could be coming from a different plug-in, but not this one.
