Active link colors problem

    Hello,

    I’ve been trying to change active link colors on the header from a company website, but for some reason I cannot (even with the theme customizer properties, it only changes background). I can only change hover properties.

    I tried Aditional CSS but had no success there as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi @andrealessi93,

    There’s no dedicated option to set the active link color of a menu item on the Astra free. You will need CSS code to do that.
    
    Anyway, I notice that you are using Astra Pro on your site, so you can change it from the Primary Menu section in the Customizer. Please refer to this screenshot.

    @brainstormteam I tried opening 2 tickets for the premium support before but didn’t ever get a response. So then maybe that’s why I’m here. I’m not sure why though, but just in case, gonna open both in here and there as well.

    Hi @andrealessi93,

    I am sorry about your two tickets submitted thru our Support Portal. But, just so you know, we are responding to every single ticket that arrives in our Support Portal.

    Anyway, after you submitted the tickets, did you receive an automated email telling you about we have received your ticket, along with the ticket ID in the email? If you didn’t get it, that means, somehow, your tickets didn’t arrive in our Support Portal. But, if you get the automated email but didn’t get our responses, perhaps it went into your Spam/Junk/Bulk folder?

    Apart from that, I am very pleased to know that you have managed to make it work. Please do let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
