slider image link does not redirect

Esteem theme. I have added a link address to the slider image in >appearance>theme>customize>slider and it does not redirect. See example screenshot here: https://paste.pics/985706be4863f4f883765e0fe585a9bb Any reason why this does not work and what I should do to solve. Thank you in advance.

Hello @kwdigi
After you’ve added the link as seen in your screenshot, go to Customize->Slider->Slider Settings-> check the “Check to make the slider images link back to respective links.” option and your problem should be solved.

There are no slider settings. Can you give me a screenshot to show in the case that I am missing something?

I am still waiting for an answer. I do not have slider settings as in your screenshot. I provided a screenshot in my previous message. I would appreciate an answer why this is. Thank you. Nola Young
