When I want to create a post notification email and when I try to load any template I received this error: “An error has happened while performing a request, the server has responded with response code 500”.

In addition, when I want to save the post notification email, I received the following error:
The email could not be saved.
Please, clear browser cache and reload the page.
If the problem persists, duplicate the email and try again.

Hi @nvcrazvan,

If you’re having an error 500 when trying to save a newsletter, it’s possible that your web server is configured to restrict large file size.

If the size of a request exceeds the configured value, an error shows up and it’s not possible to render the newsletter template.

If that’s not the case, can you let us know if you’re using WordFence?

I tried to increase upload_max_size, post_max_size and time_execution, but do not work…

I receive the same error when I try to create post notification email.
