Wholesale pricinng isn’t converted

Hi there,
Our website uses a plugin called https://wholesalesuiteplugin.com/
It shows wholesale pricing to customers who registered on our site as a wholesale customer.
We use your plugin and found that it will convert the retail prices just fine but not the wholesale prices.
We’re happy to give access to the staging site to test it if need be to see if the pro version works?
