If you click on the “Clean unfinished” button on the Image Optimization page, and then try again, can you then see if it works?
It boils down to your server not accepting the specific TLS version that was in use for the notifications, so I’ve made a change to this and should work now.

Both actions (Clean Up Unfinished Data or Destroy All Optimization Data) lead to same issue.
In my.quic.cloud/msg, “Fail to notify WP to pickup optimized images” re-appears.
Can you try once again? I had to restart a service that didn’t auto-restart during the code update! Sorry!

I can see it was due to your origin site returning timeout errors when trying to establish the connection. However, I then tried to push the images to optimization again and it seems to have worked this time.
I’ve added some additional information about the connection happening, which may reveal more information if the problem happens again in the future.
So if you experience it again, then please let me know! Then I can check the logs.
