Bad support

    I really haven’t used this plugin, because it couldn’t do what I was looking for (bulk optimization of large images. That wouldn’t be a reason for a bad review, but when I asked if this was possible or planned, the author marked the question as resolved at the first reply, that only said it might be a function for a Pro version and in the meantime tried to advertise functions I wasn’t asking for and don’t need.

    You should have just said, that it wasn’t possible. Telling me that it might be something in the future for a paid version is not what I’m looking for, but just telling that you have other kind of functionality, that I don’t even need, is not an answer you help somebody with.

    So this review is meant to help you give the right support. It hink it’s called “constructive criticism”. Use it to your advantage.
