    When I try to “Import Complete Site” for the “Mountain” Template, I see this message after a bit of time:

    “Import Process Interrupted
    Your website is facing a temporary issue in connecting the template server.
    Read article to resolve the issue and continue importing template.”

    I tried this last night and again today and it has the same result.

    I’m trying to follow Tyler Moore’s YouTube video tutorial which includes this plugin.

    Please Help 🙂

    I have discovered a workaround. The error occurs in Microsoft Edge, however, when I run it in Chrome it works!!!
