• In one of my projects, I need a possibility to manage members by “kind of” user role. Some of the members should get a special status, so that they can enter a specific site (normal club members <-> managing club members).
I want to realize a “member site” (entrance to all club members) ans a “board site” (entrance only to managing club members).
Club members have “subscriber” status, managing club members have author or admin status.
Is this possible to realise this with WP-Members or one of the payed plugins?

You only need to do this as a user role if they will have different capabilities (such as writing posts or editing users, for example). So that sounds like the case here.

For applying custom roles, I usually recommend using the plugin “User Role Editor”. It’s well established, it allows you to create custom roles with customized capabilities, and it works well when used along with WP-Members for access restriction.

    Hope that helps.
