No virtual option for variable woocommerce subscriptions

There is virtual option for simple subscriptions But
there is no virtual option for variable subscriptions(so it has shipping method)

Do you mean that when you create a new product in your site, and you select “Simple Subscription”, it does not show the “Virtual” checkbox?
