    Hi guys,

    I have issues with Woocommerce and Yahoo emails.

    When my users purchase a product with Yahoo email. Their account is not created. I can’t see any Account creation emails in the Mail Log. I have been using SendGrid for my SMTP. I can only see Order completed email, but only inside of the Mail Log.

    When users buy the product with Gmail, everything works fine.

    Any ideas on how to fix that?

    Can you try using a mail logging plugin like MailPoet and see if the emails are being sent at all from your site? Activate the MailPoet plugin then make a test purchase to see what emails are processed. You should see a detailed log of the sent emails.

    If all the appropriate emails appear in the log then you know that WooCommerce is attempting to send the emails but the problem lies with your SMTP server.
