Cannot Integrate and Form Disappears

I just installed this on a new site – I currently use it for my main site. When I go to create a pop up – It does not allow me to edit the user entered info (ie name, email etc). If I save as draft and go back into it – this info is not even listed on the builder page anymore.

Lastly – trying to integrate under integrations tab – nothing is clickable. We use Send In Blue – but neither that nor any other provider is clickable.

What am I doing wrong?
