Thanks for sharing the same, we have checked the same, it seems working fine (we are using virtual coupons for applying discounts, discounts will be visible only on cart / checkout pages), please check the screenshot. You can change the ‘discount’ label from plugins settings section.

Shared screenshot still shows dynamic selection, can you please share the product selection list (active product list).
cdid you try this before i actived product list section after commenting on this thread so you tried on product list not dynamic selection now i enabled dynamic selection for category so you can test it

Sorry or the inconvenience, can you please try the same settings on our demo server, we have tested different combinations on our local server, dynamic list / product selection lists seems working fine on our local servers.
