Payments not capturing

    I have been using this plugin for a while and it has been going well. However, it looks like over the past almost year or so, the payments are authorized but don’t charge officially. When I look at my settings on this plugin, “charge” is the option selected. I would love some help.

    Can you tell me about more about how you found this out? What made you believe that the payments are not being captured?
