Can’t add an Assignment

Hi, I already use LearnPress for more than a year but nowadays I realized that I can’t add a new assignment on my curriculum.
When I create a new assignment through curriculum the system loads and adds a null (temporary) assignment. From menu > assignments I create assignments but when I go to the curriculum to assign this assignment to a course it can’t be found.

Any ideas?
