Total Newbie needs help BAD!

    I live on disability, so I couldn’t hire a website designer. My friend said she could design my website using WordPress. I accepted right away.
    She’s finished now and has left for all the holidays.

    My website is MyColoredDiamonds.com. And what my problem is, is that
    on my home page, it displays WordPress’s User Menu with login, entries RSS, comments RSS and WordPress.org.

    Then there’s a line for “Recent Comments” and under pages there’s
    “our blog”.

    I have no clue how to remove these from all my pages. Can someone help? My website is ready to go except for all the WordPress stuff
    from homepage and throughout.
