cant create or edit forms

Hi, i just upgraded from 1.11.3 to the latest 1.12.1.1 and now nothing works. Ive tried uninstalling deleting, restetting etc and no luck.
The dev console says nothing on the forms page till i click create and it shows this

If i click edit form is opens the page but its blank and the dev console says this.

Hi @stuee,

Sorry to hear you’re having issues after the update, but I’m afraid that I’m unable to replicate this on my end and couldn’t find any similar reports.

Can you try reinstalling the plugin to be sure that something didn’t go wrong during the update which caused corrupted files?

If that doesn’t help, can you perform a conflict test by disabling your plugins and switching to default WP theme.
It’s possible that some of the new features are conflicting with something on your site and causing this issue.
So if the issue is gone when everything else is disabled try enabling them back one by one until the issue is back and that should tell us what’s causing the problem so we can debug it further.

I suggest doing this test on a staging site or if you don’t have one make sure to have a backup of your site before proceeding with the test.
