Uptade stock from eBay

Sorry by my english.
I have a client that only want the plugin for sincro stock to and from ebay. I use WP Lister for ebay Lite.
I use wplister_revise_inventory_status to sincro stock to ebay, but It’s possible update automatically stock from ebay? I use the manually option of the listing page.
