Applying my new footer
-
Hi,
I’m doing a total overhaul of my site. I’m having issues with my new footer. I use thrive architect builder.
My new footer says this
Copyright 2020 One Globe One Love Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions.
I’ve created it and saved it.
The issue I’m having us it is not showing up like that on my site.
My settings for my footer are in two different places on the back end.
One setting in the thrive theme from the left side WordPress dashboard and the other is in another place in the dashboard.
I’m making both the settings the same to no avail.
Currently it has just gone back to the original default when I first created the site.
Any help to correct this problem would be much appreciated.

Can you make sure you clear all your browser and server caches if you haven’t? After your caches are cleared, use a private/incognito mode browser window to view your site.
If the footer still doesn’t show up, check your child or parent theme’s functions.php file to see if the code is in there.
Alternatively, you can do a find or grep on your web directories for the string “Love Privacy” for example.
Good luck!
Hi there,
I don’t think my browser and cache were the issue. I did look at my template providing though and got rid of some of it pertaining to my footer that did not need to be there.
My footer is working now, links to privacy policy and terms and conditions work when clicking on the privacy policy and terms and conditions.
The only issue I’m now having is I want it to be copyright One Globe One Love 2020 privacy policy terms and conditions on one line in the footer.
It’s not sitting like that. Privacy Policy and Terms on conditions are up top of the footer and the copyright is below that
