[Plugin: Contact Form 7] ie6 text field display issues

Issue seen on this form: http://coogeedesign.com.au/contact

The name, email and phone fields are not displaying in ie6, display fine in all other browsers. Can’t for the life of me work out what the issue is, any ideas?
