Missing Admin Login

Hello,
I am unable to access my blog as the super admin. Was working fine until Monday. Tried to restore through several backups from my host but same thing happened. Site would be up for a few minutes, then stop working. With the latest backup all usernames disappeared including mine. Host made one up but how am I suppose to go back in as super admin when site no longer recognizes my email? Keep backing up to earlier dates? Please help!

My host scanned the site and found nothing malicious. I have backups on my computer but don’t want to upload them anywhere until I know more about what happened. I can’t even log in to my blog on WordPress since my email got deleted so not sure what to do with that part.
