Unable to Update website logo

Hello there,
I have tried to update the website logo but it’s not working as it showing old logo even after updating it. I followed following steps :
1.Appearance
2.Customize
3.Logo
4.Select image and published
But these steps not worked for me, I have tried by removing all the cache using W3 Total cache plugin still its not worked for me, Please provide me exact solutions.
