    Greedy company. Would not refund my second licence from a few days ago as apparently they don’t refund subsequent license purchases.

    I did not realise when I bought the second copy of elementor that it would slow my new site down so significantly so wanted to refund my latest license, reply immediately saying no.

    Funny that, I replied a good few days ago asking for actual assistance and no reply at all, this though – immediate reply.

    Would rather lose a customer and the yearly renewals I would have paid for my original site over one minor refund literally days after purchase. Stripping elementor from all my sites because not happy at all.

    Can I just add… there is no good reason to not refund a second license purchase. There is a license key for a reason, surely the plugin won’t work without it. It is nothing but pure greed.
