    Dear Mailpoert Team,
I need to use Mailpoet on two domains (German, EN verison). Although I can build forms and lists for the two pages I’m running in a massive problem now: I can not run the same Mailpoet-account (with sending service) under two different domains.

    What I tried so far:

    – Register multiple domains with Mailpoet account: not possible
    – Register two differnet keys in Mailpoets wordpress backend
-> would be possible, if Mailpoets administration was fully integrated with WPML

What can I do to make this work?

  • Hi @spanse,

Please note it’s not possible to use the same key on two different domains.

You can subscribe to two free sending plans per account, and also send from the same domain using multiple FROM email addresses.

Unfortunately, MailPoet does not directly support WPML.

If you want to create different newsletters, it would need to be a manual process of tagging the posts according to the language and then managing different Lists and Emails to send them to the correct group.

Please refer to this article: Support for Multilingual Plugins

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, i want to add to this, and say this is a massive problem for us. Mailpoet keeps giving the error:
    Your key is not valid
Your key is not valid for the MailPoet Sending Service
Your key is not valid for MailPoet Premium

Because Mailpoet appears to THINK we have the Mailpoet Sending Service installed on 2 domains, whereas we only have 1 installed on 1 domain (with 1 alias for the page in a 2nd language, also using WPML, like the poster above).

is there any solution to this, paid or unpaid?
