make hidden text appear onclick

Hi alls,
I want to have a WP page where question and answer are placed for student.
When click on the text “Click here to see answer”, the answer would appear and a frame open for further information.

I found something similar, but don’t know how to code them

Since I have no programming skill, my question are:
– How to write Einblenden, Einblenden2, VorschauFrame functions? Are they java script?
– If they are java script, where to store them in WP folder and how to make them available to call within WP post.
