Hi there team!

I love your note to customer feature and use it often. However, I have a lot of team members on my team. Is there any way to log the customer’s reply to the note to Customer Section within woocommerce? It would help keep orders on track and information sharing rather than just receiving an email back. Let me know if this is possible.

Hi Jeff,

At the moment, there’s no functionality for replies from customers to be logged as the intention here isn’t for it to be a full-fledged communication system – it’s typically used more for one-way order updates or internal order notes.

If a two-communication system is needed, it might be worthwhile using a ticketing system that ties in with the order. This can be done with either of the following:
- https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-freshdesk/
- https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-zapier/ –> To tie in with a 3rd party ticket platform (e.g Zendesk) through https://zapier.com
