Widget Page Error

    I just installed WP on my server, and everything was looking great until I added two themes (Suffusion, and Mystique) and suddenly my Widgets page won’t display properly to add/subtract widgets from my site. I tried disabling and deleting both themes, I’ve also tried completely reinstalling WP on the site. I have also closed my browser, wiped my cache, and checked it again. The page is still messed up. I had this problem once before and it did not get resolved until the next update, I’d really dislike having to wait that long again.
