Link Cancel not work

Hi, i have set email to customer and i have add a #link-cancel# but when i receive mail the link is a simple text without link for click and cancel …
how i can fix this ?

hi thanks for reply, I was wrong to write here, but in the message it is written correctly #link_cancel
this is what i see in my mail body source code :
