Sidebars don’t appear

I am a loyal user of this theme.
I have followed the steps from this website: https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/240-how-to-display-widget-zones-with-the-hueman-theme, but I still have problems to activate the widget (widget/sidebar does not appear).
