    any help please??

    Hey there,

Thank you for reaching out to us with this concern!
We see that you had previously connected WooCommerce with Printful. Could you let us know what were the changes you made to the connection of the store afterwards?

You could try following the connection setup anew, there’s a quick video tutorial here.

We’re looking forward to your reply!

    Hey,
Thank you for your reply, i connected first printful successfully but i did have to reinstall my wordpress and after that no way to connect it again. is there anything i have to do to go through this issue?
    thank you again

    Hey there,

Thank you for getting back to us!

Could you make sure that the API key in the Printful plugin is clear?
You can see this by accessing Woocommerce -> Printful plugin -> Settings.
If there’s an API key there – delete the API key, hit the save button and try to reconnect.

Let us know if this helps! 🙂

I just did it but problem not solved. any thing else i can do?

    thank you

Thank you for the update, though I’m sorry to hear that this didn’t solve the issue!

These kinds of errors are usually caused by a web server configuration, WordPress configuration or by a security plugin that doesn’t allow us to connect to your store.

You could try to re-generate your API keys.
Go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced -> Rest API -> Add Key -> Permissions -> Read/Write -> Generate API key (don’t leave the description blank).

In case this does not solve your issue, please make sure that the site URL in your WordPress Admin -> General settings matches the actual website URL.
If the website is HTTPS, it should be HTTPS there as well.

In some cases this can also be caused by a conflicting plugin or theme – you could try disabling them and then trying to connect to Printful.

    I hope this helps!
Let me know if you’re still encountering issues in relation to this.

    any help please!!!

    Hey @slash135,

Thank you for getting back to us!
Could you try disabling all plugins apart from WooCommerce and Printful and see if this helps?
Could you also let us know if your website’s host has any input on what could be causing this issue?

Another thing you could try is reinstalling the Printful plugin.

Let us know how that goes!

    hey,
thanx for reply again, no way problem not soved.
i changed the version of php
    empty the cache
    reinstall woocommerce and printful
    disable all other plugins
    changed the printful account
none of those have solved the problem

    Hey @slash135,

We see that you have also reached out to our customer support team directly, so we’ll carry on solving this issue via emails.

Let us know if anything else comes up!

    hey,

Based on the latest updates from the printful developers, it seems that the issue is caused by the fact that the store with the same domain had been previously connected to a different Printful account. Even though the store was removed, it seems that there is still some connection with the previous account.

Now i’m just waiting for their reply.
