Out of memory error

    Hi

    Anytime whilst I am in the dashboard I am unable to click on WooCommerce as it gives an error like

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 115343360) (tried to allocate 86016 bytes) in /home/sites/jjsonlineescaperoom.com/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4609

    Memory in the wp-config.php is set to:

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
    define(‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘1024m’);

    Hi @andersjp! Can you post your system status report? You can find that by going to WooCommerce > Status in your dashboard, then clicking “Get system report,” then “Copy for support.”

    Sorry I can’t as the error appears on every option tha is under WooCommerce.

    Hi @andersjp. My apologies, I misunderstood the situation. So you can’t access any of the items in the WooCommerce menu in the dashboard?

    This issue appears to be originating from your theme’s functions.php file. If you (temporarily) switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, are you able to access WooCommerce pages then?
