cannot post to forums

i have set up my forum using wpforo and very beautiful but i want registered user to be able to post topics(articles) and comments from the frontend but after creating the topic it cannot be posted, even when used the savedrat button everything go off when one you leave the page, please what can i do if you look at the forum i could post nothing, this is the url of the page https://pearlhom.com/index.php/community/research-forum/
